Great service provided! A service man by the name of Hayk was a great tech. I purchased a beautiful leather sofa from Costco, but during my most recent move it had a big tear in the leather. Hayk called me an hour before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. He came to my door and took his shoes off without even asking (very polite). He was so nice and polite which made me feel comfortable too. The bottom line is he fixed the tear in the sofa and these guys are the real deal! Thank you Hayk and everyone for being the best furniture repair company in NYC.
